职业画家，出生于湖南怀化溆浦。
1997年结业于厦门大学美术系油画班，师从教授李泉淼。
1999年参加海峡两岸文化艺术交流拍卖会。
2000年于北京工作，创作。
2001年参加俄罗斯艺苑短训班。
2004年参加北京艺术博览会。
2005作品参加瀚海拍卖，2006年参加台湾台北世贸中心艺术展。
2007年台北艺术展。
2009央美综合材料技法班。
2010年赴马来西亚考察艺术并交流。
2013年作品参加海峡两岸文博会。
2014年与钓鱼台书画院合作。
2015年签约嘉德在线旗下艺术机构《艺品缘》与《蓝森林》画家从事油画创作以来，所有艺术作品都被海外藏家及新加坡。台湾、上海藏家收藏

白 菜 的 意 象 美 学
白菜，古时称之为崧菜，意之抗冻，耐寒，有如人高尚品质，今有一清二白，贵气百财之意。对于绘画作品，题材的切入点很重要，作为物像的选择，激发画家的创作激情与热情，从而使作品与观看者的思维产生共鸣，尤为重要！
智远的白菜系列，构图讲究，质感强，色彩变化运用的非常好。他的作品雅致，精美，极致的手法与沉静的心境使得观者惊叹不已。画什么不重要，重要的是画家对于这个世界的人与事，人性与物像的理解与认知，而画布只是个载体，画是作者感情的延续，技法服务于画面，画面最终的精彩效果体现出画家的深厚功底，文化修养，脱俗境界。
纵观西方艺术史，几十种艺术流派，风格样式层出不穷，智远选择的是超写实手法，绘画基因源自欧洲古典，通常由古典写实往超写实突破会有个结点与瓶颈，多数人会卡住无法进入微妙微观层面，细致入微，细而不紧，深入而松动，用功夫打进去再松需要极强的画面控制力！他多年的古典太极拳修炼，修身修心，体悟开悟，无疑对磨炼心性与意志，起到很大的作用，超限绘画，是个马拉松式的做画方式，没有如佛教禅定的心境，无法抗拒躁动与寂寞，难以成画。没有超强画面控制力更难出精彩之作品！自古以来，只有精品力作能留世。追求超写实路线，无疑挑战着画者的心智与眼睛视线，几个月一幅更是对画者心力的磨炼，极端写实是把物像由三维转二维的魔幻手法，画者做着解构与建构的平面专业手法，暗含着隐喻与想象，象征意义与逼真质地贯穿画面，现代意蕴与白菜的符号化已经成为了画家的一张名片！打坐思考，耐力心智，静心内醒，深入超限，都是智远做画的法宝！我们期待智远更多的精彩作品面世。
